MEASUREMENT OF JIG FOR INSPECTION OF FAN-HOUSING BY MEANS OF OPTICAL 3D COORDINATE MEASURING SYSTEM TRITOP
Abstract
The paper presents an optical 3D coordinate measuring system TRITOP and its application for the measurement of a jig for inspection of the fan-housing for the ventilation of tunnels. The usage of traditional 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) available in Croatia, in this example of measurement a jig for the inspection of fan-housing for ventilation of tunnels, was not possible because of too large proportions of the measuring object. The TRITOP modules measure the coordinates for any feature of interest and allow for: CAD comparison, verification of shape and position tolerances, inspection of specifications from drawings, files or tables.Downloads
