TECHNOLOGY OF METAL DRAWER MANUFACTURE BY IMPLEMENTION OF CAD-CAM CONNECTION
Abstract
The paper presents the technology for metal drawer manufacture (material DC01 according to EN 10130:1991) from construction by usage of computer, and finally to sending of the CNC program on machines for metal forming and drawer construction, i.e. by implementation of the CAD – CAM connection. With the use of the presented CAD – CAM approach in the production of a drawer, production can be optimized and easily controlled, with the goal of a faster and more efficient production of a higher quality.Downloads
